Omni-directional Roller Ball Table

The roller ball table is placed parallel about 3-4 feet away from the machine table. It supports the long panel when being cross grooved at the ends while preventing any directional push or pull to the panel along with very little friction. This allows the Star V-Groover to cross groove even a 12' long solid surface panel without any manual assistance from the operator. It is adjustable in height by about 12" to match the in-feed height of the Star V-Groover and also to compensate for uneven floors. It is light enough to be moved by two fabricators and does not restrict any access to the machine as a permanently attached floating table would do. Use a combination of different size roller conveyors and omni-directional roller ball tables to streamline your production flow in your fabrication facility. Roll and push your countertops through your facility instead of lifting and risking a back injury of your fabricators.
